Horrible Experience Than the Accident itself

<p>the service at edenvale branch is utterly apalling:</p> <p>the phone lady is a barrier and the agents play duck and dive. we getting no feedback from lance slabbert who is supposed to give us feedback but we end up calling in to speak to and each time we are told he's too busy he'll get back to us. But guess what no call from him to date. I further went spoke to hope Mohan who promised that I will get feedback and as usual we still waiting. no customer service at all. they have no sense of customer service at all, i mean client feedback is in the centre of excellent service delivery yet they always push back and avoid talking to clients.</p> <p> </p>
