Empty promises

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; color: #666666; font-size: 11px; line-height: 20px; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;">My car was taken to Edenvale Renew-it on the 18/07/16 after it was involved in an accident, we were promised updates twice a week but no one called with any information regarding the progress of my car unless I call them myself. And the consultant that was assigned for me was very rude and unprofessional, telling me that I mustn't make her my punching bag and shifting the blame from one person to the next. On the 05/08/16 I decided to escalate to their manager (Vandi Winlock) who promised to call me by Monday 08/08/16 that I would have my care by 12/08/18, non of those things happen and when I called during the week couldn't find him, finally deciding to go there myself to talk to them face to face, only to find that the car wasn't even started with. The manager said he will personally fast-track things and I would get my car by the 19/08/16 but now as I write this my car has been stuck on stage 7 of 10 from the 17/08/16, and the new consultant called me on the 18/08/16 to tell me that they are still working on the car and will be ready by Tuesday 23/08/16. </p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; color: #666666; font-size: 11px; line-height: 20px; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;">My car has been with them for 6 weeks now for a problem that could have been fixed within or less than 3 weeks. </p>
