DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR REPAIRS-YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Following my last complaint loaded on Hellopeter, I will update readers on progress since the complaint.

Since the complaint has been reported, Renew-It Edenvale has been notified thereof.

Renew-It rushed our job since the complaint was lodged and it took them 4 DAYS to get our vehicle repaired, painted and ready. If you don't know this, it takes painting at least 2 days for it to dry properly.

On Thursday 12 March, we received a mail from Renew-It at 13h56 indicating that our vehicle would be ready for collection same day at 16h00. - Talk about rushed job...

On Monday, 16 March, we went to collect our vehicle only to be told to wait 20 minutes on arrival. Upon inspecting the vehicle when eventually were allowed to, Renew-It were happy to hand over our vehicle that had:

*bumper, front lights & bonnet that were not aligned and were not centered. *when opening the bumper, it squeaked and was bent on opening.

We informed them of our concerns, rejected the vehicle and informed them that we would update hello peter, report them to the motor ombudsman and that they were not adhering to what is expected of them regarding the Consumer Protection Act.

Please be advised that this panel beater is the most unprofessional, care free and lacks service towards clients. They are happy to take your money, however, they do not put in any effort in what is expected of them for the money that they quote you on. They should not be in business and the insurance companies should be warned against them.

This will be the first and LAST TIME WE USE THEM!!
