Dishonesty and poor Customer service

This week marks 3 weeks Renew It is having my car. They keep telling me lies and it looks like it’s not going to get fixed.

I have reached to my insurance dial direct but there seem to be no progress at all.

It baffles me why would these insurance keep using this panel beater with so much dishonesty.
