Disgusting Service

My motor car has been with ReNew It for more than 3 months, I have had completion dates changed a total of 12 times. I can never get a straight answer out of them when I will be getting my car back, or what is happening with it, because no body knows what the hell is going on there. I keep getting promised that they will call me, but that NEVER happens. If my Insurance had not sent my car to them I would never use them. MiWay needs to open their eyes and look after their customers, they are also full of promises that never seem to materialize
