COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER

I have a longstanding issue with Renew It and have tried to address it with telephone calls and emails, but the company managers and directors simply ignore me and do not even give the courtesy of a response to my emails. Following my last very strongly worded email, I received a response which was untrue, inaccurate and so badly written. I then went onto the Renew It Group website where there is no information on the group directors or ceo and I asked for contact details to be sent to me. Nothing has been received. So their website is just as useless as the actual company. I am hoping that against all odds, someone who cares about their reputation might monitor this forum and respond appropriately. If not, I will have no alternative other than to take this to the onbudsman and the media. (Incident ongoing since mid July with no resolution.)
