Careless, inferior, sloppy workmanship and customer service

Renew-it Edenvale worked on my vehicle for 13+ weeks. We have returned it 4 times for inferior workmanship. I have complained to Justin Levy and to their customer care department (which promised to call me back, but never did, not surprised). I received my vehicle just over a week ago, and noticed on Saturday that my rear bumper spoiler is falling off. What should have been fixed with a fastener was glued on. Justin Levy advised at the time of collecting my vehicle that Renew-it Edenvale had indeed fixed the spoiler on with a fastener. LIES!! EMPTY PROMISES. I have read so many terrible reviews about this company. How they are still in business is shocking. Why does Discovery Insure use them????? What scares me is that I worry what will be next to fall off of my car. What risk am I taking driving my vehicle? DT07LD GP, Opel Corsa. Also to note that I have been paying instalments on a vehicle that is un-drivable, and the accident was not even my fault! THIS IS MOSTLY A WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING Renew-it Edenvale (simply because I know Renew-it Edenvale wont even both responding, never mind try and fix their stuff ups) , DONT USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT. READ THE COMPLAINTS HERE, CHECK THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE AND TWITTER FOR COMPLAINTS. I am going to spread the word via every channel I can. Customer service is non-existent, customer safety is non-existent, and their quality of work is non-existent.
