Bad workmanship
<p>My wifes car was send in for repairs at Renew It Edenvale (didnt have a choice as the insurer said so) absolutely no quality control done prior to delivery 14 Feb. Parts that were supposed to be replaced are still on vehicle, maint job not matched properly, *****s missing on vehicle, overspay all over the vehicle and on seats, door panels full of scratches and damage, extremely unhappy as i was promised that the vehicle would be recalled to rectfy, to date not even a single contact.</p>

The poor service still persists. Apparently ReNew IT can't source parts that are readily available at any Volkwagen dealership nation-wide in RSA. Since 14th February the parts have not been delivered. Really?
