Bad Service and *********** service provider

Good day

I dropped my car with RenewIt Edenvale on Wednesday 1 November. I was advised on 2 November that my car needs to be worked on for a day or two. I was provide a courtesy car to use in the meantime. Today is 7 November 2017 and haven’t received any feedback on my car. I called Renew it on Monday 6th Nov as well as today. I left several messages for Daniel to come back to me since no one could assist me. Every time I call I am told he is in a meeting and they promise that he will call me back.
