Bad Service and Attitude, not Trustworthy!

This panel beater had my car for more than 30 days to repair it, of which they failed to accurately keep me posted on the status of my car. They would send status over the sms and when i phone to verify, it is not what is send. I had to personally phone in to ensure progress on my car. Come the day i went to collect my car, there is a new dent on the rear bump and the front number plate was damaged. Johan and the Workshop Manager promised me a new number plate in two days and that my car would be booked-in in two weeks time for the rear bumper and i was told it would take only a day to fix it. I went to collect my number plate in two days as promised, the number plate was not there! Nobody bothered to call me not to come. I booked-in my car on the said date with Thandi and she told me i will receive it the next day around 10 am. I phoned around 11 am to follow-up. She told me the car is in the workshop. She promised to give feedback around 12 pm. She never phoned me. I tried several times to phone her back, my phone was not answered anymore! I went there around 16h00, only to find out my car is parked on the same spot where i left it the previous day. Thandi was not sincere or apologetic about the matter and she was raising her voice. She caused a cine where her colleagues ganged up on me. I took my car as it was! This is the third week i took my car. To date, Renew-It and its management never called me to resolve the matter. Im still driving a car with there dent and damaged number plate!
