Bad Service

Took my car in for panel beating on the 04th of Jan 2016. The car was not properly fixed, the bumper is a bit loose and continues been loose over time. Went bad to report it and I was promised a 'bracket' will be ordered, and fitted in on my car, this was on the 15/02/2016 after I sent an email but did not get response. I called about 4 times and to ask when I can bring the car so its fixed properly , and they promise to call me back but I never receive any call. I email and receive no reply. I am very disappointed, did not expect such bad service from a big company like Renew-it.
