Bad service

Hi to whom it may concern

I would like to logde complain regarding the services that I I have received from renew it Bedfordview

I had an accident on the 16 June 2019 and my car was towed in at the 18 June from my parent place, the time period the car had to be fixed was far to long I only recieved my car on the 31 july 2019

* when I received my car I found out the some part on my car was missing and others removed, these are rear back coiled spring on the left * my fuel inlet pipe was out of its place, this I have noticed when I was pouring fuel when the attendee told me that it is leaking and the fuel was on the floor * my wiper canister(bottle) is leaking my rear *Mac wheels has an over spray on it.

Then I report this and even brought back the car the facility on Thursday 01 when noticed all these item were not in place

I was told I should drive my car slowly in this condition and they will call me back in dealing with the rest of the matter how ever I did as per request but I received no calls for the past three days and I am finding it this to be out of place
