Bad service

What can I say, promises, promises. They say updates will be sent regularly. I don't receive any. When phoning the consultant working with my car is on lunch, upstairs, not at her desk, never calls back. So you have no idea at what stage your repair is. The reception just says it has been converted to what I wonder!!!
