Bad job done on my vehicle

had an accident on the 24th of august and my car was taken in on the same day, got it back after a month and couple of days. First week my wheel arch flew off on the high way. everything that was stripped during the job was loose.

almost every week the car goes back to be fixed but either comes back the same or with more excuses/problems.

worse thing is when you call to book it back in, they make you hold until you give up, so i have to drive there all the time and wait for hours at the reception.

Up until today my car is still not fixed properly
