Aweful service from Renew -it Edenvale

I took my car I for assessment at Renew-it in Edenvale . I was told that the job will take a week. I was fine with the timeframe. A lady from the dealership called me to Thursday the 24 January to arrange the booking of my vehicle. She also confirmed that the job will take a week. She wanted me to bring in the vehicle to the dealership on early on Tuesday morning on the 29th of January . I comp**** with the request. On Tuesday the 5TH OF February I called the consultant Happy and she told me that the car was not ready and that the Manager will call me. The manager never called. On Friday the 8th of February I got a call from Thandi and she told me that my vehicle is ready for collection as it was late a driver was going to collect me from my house. She then called me a few minutes later to say that there was a system error and that my car is still in panelbeaters. I was extremely furious!!!!! To date I have not heard from the dealership.
