19 Working Days and my car is still not Ready!!

Renew IT Edenvale has had my car for 19 working days and till today I do not have my car. They keep giving me excuse after excuse and have never given me any feedback with regards to the progress of the car. I have to keep on calling and leaving messages to which I never get a response from the consultant Palesa. I have been asked by her to speak to the manager Darryl and he also does not take my call and I have left messages. I feel this is ridiculous as if there is going to be a delay the least they can do is notify the client. They pride themselves on a 10 to 15 day turnaround but have failed. Terrible Service!!
