Why does Renew Hair not replaced incomplete kits?

Last year I purchased an incomplete coloring kit. As I did not had the slip to return it to shop where it was bought, I contacted renew directly. They were helpful in asking every detail regarding the product. They also asked me for my postal address, which gave me the impression that they will replace the product. They even came and fetch the incomplete kit from me. And up till now the product was not replaced
