Renew perfect color from clicks

I am very disappointed with the Renew perfect colour range. I purchased the ocean burst and pink passion from clicks a week ago. On both packages there is no mention of applying this to undyed hair. I conducted a strand test and app**** to my wife, after which it did not color. After calling renew, we were told that it needs to be app**** to 'Virgin hair' .

I am extremely disappointed and will not purchase this product again. Apart from the misleading packaging, we were not offered a replacement product or reimbur*****t.
