Renew- never again

<p>I wanted to go for their pearl ash colour, my hair is light and according to advertising perfect for the product. I proceeded to use the product as per instructions only to find that the ammount no where near covered my hair. I was dissappointed when the colour did not take at all, even though all instructions were followed and indications of me being being on the right path were met.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have used many box dyes, some not good others amazing, and this one was dismal.</p> <p> </p> <p>As it was late at night,I emailed the costomer care, only to find the email address given did not exist. Will be phoning customer care first thing in the morning. </p> <p>I do not recommend this product to anyone.</p>
