RENEW HAIR PRODUCTS -TERRIBLE PRODUCT & SERVICE

<p>I purchased Col No 6.3 LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN to cover the grey regrowth I have on my usual light red hair. After applying it went 100% BLACK!! I called the customer service the folowing day. They asked for photo's of my before and after hair colour and for the batch no's on both the tube and the carton - these matched. They refuse to accept that they obviously have a production eror. They refused to give me any assistanece in having this stripped / removed from my hair. They are not accepting any responisbility in this extrememly awful experience. It is really embarresing to have this BLACK hair with my very pale skin. They are not willing to help in any way and keep telling me to not try do anyhting to my hair for the next 2 weeks. I spoke to two professional hairdressers and they confirmed that if the product was not suitable for my hair it would if anything had made my grey regrowth ORANGE ... nothing would make my hair this black only faulty colour in the tube!!!! But the manufacturer GOLDREJ SOUTH AFRICA claim that the product was correct..... looking at my situation I all I can say is that I have had poor service from this company. It is going to take a long time and a lot of money to repair their mistake.</p>
