ReNew Hair "Perfect" deceit!

So I decided to finally go wild with my hair - with the amazing Ocean Burst. Spent a good 48 hours to pass the allergy test and no problem! Made the perfect swatches for the strand test and app**** the pre-lightening system. Each one clearly appearing blonder until the 60 minute sample was a nice blonde. Perfect! Then I app**** the colour as instructed and waited 15-20 minutes... with no result? Tried again and still not a single shade of colour? What on earth? Well, I spent R140.00 on this deceiving product so decided to use it on my hair anyway. Again, the lightening worked pretty well. And then the colour was once again absolutely redundant. Highly irate at this. If I wanted blonder hair I would have purchased a blonde colour set from a reliable brand. I understand that results vary but it doesn't work on pre-lightened hair nor on natural blonde hair (we tested it on my sister's natural & pre-lightened hair to see if it was my hair-type). We have photo's and the samples to prove it. Honestly should be removed from the shelves. Some example of "Perfect" you've got going on there, Renew Perfect Colour".
