I had a complaint about hair dye not coming out the way i had expected it to. I contacted their them and they were quick to respond. A lady by the name Laura Robinson contacted me, she was consistent via email and phone call. They looked into my issue thoroughly and gave me feedback. I had been over processing my hair but they still offered to send me a voucher. Impressive customer service
