Renew company for hair products bad bad bad

So., it's been a full year year-to-date I complained to renew hair dye products via Facebook. I bought a box of the sapphire blue hair dye got home opened it I didn't check the contents (bad me) if all the goods are there but started with stripping of my his process. My scalp burnt and my hair also burnt it somewhat broke off in areas. I wanted to start with the next process but Alas there was a bottle missing. I could not complete my hair in times for an important event I had to attend and had to spend more money on a way better product which I should have just done in the first place. I had sent messages to Renew three times with no results. they chosr to ignore my complaint.
