Products - dud- no change at all!

<p>Purchased two kits of which the second kit- the new premises lightening system with decadent chocolate and ruby red which had literally no effect on my hair whatsoever ever the colour developer stayed white no red change I'm color at all! I had done my hair the afternoon and the second session later the evening to fix the disgusting effect of the chocolate which changed to nothing after bleaching. Having a interveiw for the next morning and the second box literally not even taking in the tub which I used had left me to pay a hairdresser to try fix this mess at 10 pm so I can looked entry for my interveiw the next morning!!! Never again shall I suggest or touch even try after spending 200 rand for two boxea of **** and then the hairdresser who helped me thereafter!!!! Utterly appauled beyond repair kept the box should they wish to collect it and see that the colour does not develop after an hour let alone over days!!! </p>
