My hair fell out with renew hair dye

Renew hair dye products are the worst I've ever come across. My hair fell out badly twice when using your products. I will never again purchase your products ever. In December 2021 I used the purple dye kit on my hair and I bleached only for my hair to break and fall out alot to the point where I left my hair for 3 months before I decided to dye it red because the purple had faded and my hair was damaged bad. The red hair dye did not even come out red the slightest bit and on top of that my hair fell out so bad that it is as sort as my brothers hair on top and lucky for me I did not do the bottom half of my hair so that did not fall out again. Your products should be removed from shops and not be sold at all. Your products are a waste of time and money.
