Just doesn't do as advertised, at all

<p>I haven't tried the 'normal' hair colour shades, but have tried the Ash blonde shade (light grey). Yes it lightened my hair colour but it for one did not make my hair even nearly the colour displayed on the box, or even just a standard ash blonde for that matter. Have to mention that I followed all tips and instructions. </p> <p> </p> <p>My mom uses their normal shades and those work, however the new shade range should be removed from shelves because it is a bad product or they should correct their product to something that works. It lies about what it can do. </p> <p> </p> <p>For light grey, pink or blue hair.. use another brand ladies. Renew may be cheaper, but it did spend R200 on 2 boxes for one colour treatment and that was a R200 wasted. </p>
