I bought 2 Boxses of Renew hair colour

I bought to boxses of Renew Classic Pearl Hair colour dey on the 30 October 2017 when I stated the proses of first lighting and then colouring after lighting I realized in the one box that part 2B was not in the box and in the other box there where no Serum so I contacted Renew Head office and they said they would refund me with A voucher only for 1 box as the serum is not part of the colour prosses and I have been phoneing everday to hear where the voucher is and al they say is that it has been sent to the post office and they did sent me A message but I DID NOT RECIVE anything not even a refrench number I had to phone them to colected my refrench number and it is A week later and stil waiting walking around with my hair Halfed done and they exspect me just to be pasient and wait When buying and spending the money on there product wich is not cheap and this is how they traet there clients it is not fear I need to get my hair done for my works party and I must just be Paisent as am Phoning every day since the 31October up until today the 6November and stil no tracking number
