False Promises from Renew Hair

I won a competition with Renew last year, June 2014. It has been 8 MONTHS of constant back and forth emails and nothing has been done. The prize was to feature on a Renew hair pack - with a photoshoot. The service has been appalling with them now suddenly wanting to change the prize to just a model portfolio shoot! UNACCEPTABLE and very disappointed! - I have tried contacting various different people. The lady I death with is Th****ha. Really hope I get what they promised!
