False claims made by Renew hair regarding customer service

<p>Last year December I commented on the Renew hair facebook page about the unsatisfactory results of the dye which I bought. On facebook this company marked my comment as dealt with in a private capacity and at first the company did contact me and indicated that they would look at my query and give me feedback, which is all I really expected atleast. It came to the next year February 2017 and this company still didnt contact me regarding the feedback. I then again contacted them and yet again they promised to look into it and get back to me. It is now three months later and still not a word. I think this company just hoped that it would be forgotten and marked the comment as solved in a public domain to make themselves look good. I cannot believe customer service or the lack thereof of companies like this exists. I definately will not ever be supporting any products old or new that this company brings.</p>
