False advertising

<p>i went and bought the new Royal Saphire hair dye, did Step 1 - the pre-lightening part, all good, did Step 2 - hair dying part, followed the time allocated everything, went and rinsed my hair like instructed, put conditioner like instructed rinsed out - BOOM no colour at all my hair is the colour of copper mixed with red and brown, were is the ROYAL SAPHIRE COLOUR wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing, now i have to walk around looking like a freak due to this. have to wait 2 months before i can do something about it. So what happens now i cant ask for a refund as i have used the product, Renew better read this as i am totally P..... off</p>
