DO NOT BUY RENEW OCEAN BURST!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY RENEW OCEAN BURST HAIR COLOR!!! I wish I read the countless of bad reviews BEFORE buying this extremely disappointing product!!! I followed the instructions step by step, I was so very excited about this color and the end results were BEYOND horrific!!! The color does not even stay on your BLEACHED hair!! You will literally PAY to damage your hair!! Best thing is, regardless of the many many bad reviews etc, the product is STILL ON THE MARKET!!! Something is terribly wrong with their formula!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
