Damaged to no return

I used to love renew hair dye ever since my friend recommended it to me. However after the experience I have had with the new renew hair dye that has the lightning kit included, I will not be buying renew hair dye ever again!

I originally thought that I would have red hair after all the effort put in when bleaching my hair! After following the instructions on point, I rinsed the colouring off! My hair has no colour on it what so ever. Now I have to walk around with what I assume is called strawberry blonde hair that is all patchy?! How am I supposed to fix my hair now that it is in this condition? I would like a refund for this product!!! Never have I ever had such a terrible experience with hair dye in my life!!!

Another note to add: the bleaching or lighting products do not mix well! There is also not enough to lighten your hair.

Secondly, the powder sticks to your hair as you need to wash it out before drying it to put the colour on.

Thirdly, there is really not enough product to dye your hair with. It's so thick that I was worried I wouldn't have enough to dye my whole head - and my hair is shoulder length.

So for anyone who wants to use the product don't because you'll end up with such badly damaged hair and a disappointing colour!! Waste of money. I definitely want a refund for this product!!!
