Contents Missing

I am extremely disappointed, I purchased the renew hair highlight kit on the 15/10/2021, i got home opened the box and to my surprise contents was missing, The pin to pull out the hair was missing, gloves and the renew highlight cap was torn. I have had to use the kit and use the pin from the previous renew kit i had bought but i feel that this is absolutely disgusting as i didnt have funds to go and return the product on that day and had to use the product like that as i was attending a wedding the next day.
