BURNED HOLES IN MY SKIN

I usually have nothing bad to say about Renew hair color kit and would recommend them to anyone looking to change up their hairstyle a bit as I myself have been using their products for years now but never have I been so disappointed in a product or company.

It usually takes between 30-40 min for my hair to be bleached as I have very dark hair - however, this time I app**** the bleach and it started working immediately - which under any other circumstance would have been a bonus but 10-15 min after applying my scalp was burning so bad I had no other choice than to wash it off - just to find out when looking in the mirror that your product burned literal holed in my head - the skin burned off.

I would like an explanation of how it is possible for a product that I've been using for years suddenly on day burns literal holes in my head, now I have to walk in public with white and yellow hair and chemical burns on my head and can't touch my head without being in pain.
