Solar installations not done!

I've bought a 6kVA solar system, 3x 250 Liter geysers, and a solar system for my pool, from them, 2 months back. They installed a 4kVA system, with different batteries, which means that the smallest bateries will overcharge. I'm still waiting for my solar geysers, and eventually fitted my own swimming pool system, from Dynamic Security Solar. These guys don't answer their phones. The last I've tracked them down, they said they will come and repair my installed system, and finish their installations. They also promised to refund my swimming pool installations money. This is now again 3 weeks back, and I haven't heard from them. On their quotations, they say that delivery is within 14 workdays, but I'm struggling with them, for more than 2 months allready, and they don't answer my calls!
