Breach of an agreement

Renee Viljoen, ********** , ********** was instructed through an agreement to reconcile PAYE, UIF and SDL for two companies for the period 201708 IRP5 certificates and EMP501.

Payment was made to her on the 11th of September 2017 and she insisted everything was in order but SARS later said the IRP5 were never filled and submitted to them.

Through several attempts to solve this issue and get a way forward we never received any response from her even though the payment was made to her. She is not responding to any calls or emails sent her, she is not corporating at all.
