Lacking professionalism and sincere work ethic

While it is a secondhand car dealer. the dealer does not disclose the history of the vehicle. More importantly, after going to the dealer with concerns about it, they promised to fix the bakkie I bought from them, only to do no repairs while claiming that they have. Additionally, the cost of the bakkie did not match the price it was being sold for on-floor, all additionals included. I have made complaints and they no longer answer my calls as well as refuse to speak with me in person.
