Worst service

The worst place to service your car I am still struggling to get them to explain to me why is the engine light and this other light on the car. I have never met such *********** people especially Elias he hardly calls back and provides an update ,the worst part the car only has 49k on the clock but the number of problems it has are out of this world. I am definitely going to return the car and getting myself a German brand, atleast the Germans understand what customer service is .
