They not servicing our cars

I brought a brand new Renault Kiger in December 2022,in April 2024 am starting to hear funny sounds, coming from the front nd passenger wheel, I don't think they were servicing my car this people, cuz before my 3rd warranty service ended, I informed them about sounds coming out of the car, but they said it's normal, after my warranty was finished, I went again of other sound, they said it's shocks they want 18k,how on earth must I pay 18k for shocks of a brand new car.. Am not happy at all, now I just want to trade it in, cuz this thing is not a car at all..
