Poor service

My car was towed to Renault Zambezi and I was promised that they will claim warranty and fix it, they claimed for the wrong part and the couldn't fix it so they had to claim for the correct part but they told me that warranty is gonna pay partially. I asked how much is partially they never gave me an answer so I involved my insurance and they took over the claim, Insurance said they are going to tow the car to their base that is when Renault Zambezi said I have to pay for diagnose and I paid then the car was towed to insurance base now when I request a diagnose report they gave me an incomplete diagnose report and when I ask for a detailed one as per insurance request Elias the service assistant says the assessor that assessed my vehicle no longer works at Renault Zambezi so I have to return the vehicle to be assessed again and I have to pay again while they gave me an incomplete diagnose report.
