Poor customer service and communication

This place doesn’t even deserve this 1 star rating. They have poor customer service and communication. My car needed a battery replacement and they kept saying they are waiting for the delivery in the afternoon. Afternoon became tomorrow, tomorrow became tomorrow and eventually they stopped communicating for a full 5 days until I decided to outsource my own battery from another Renault dealer. If I had not done so my car would properly still be parked there just for a mere battery. From a person who has experienced better service from another Renault dealer, I do not recommend this place. They need to do better
