Paid for spare key in January 2024 - HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET - September 2024

Ordered a spare key for my Kiger in January 2024. Paid for the key and the labour already. It is September 2024 and still have not received the key or any call from them to inform me when I will receive it.
