********* sales - broken promises - bad experience

I am not the kind of person that buys a car every year. My previous car lasted me 10 years, so when I decided to buy a new Renault. I waited until December last year so it can be registered in 2021. This was OK with the sales executive Mr. Jay Phungo. He said I will take delivery of the car with temporary number plates to last me into the new year. Then it will be registered in January 2021. I changed temporary plates twice and the real number plates were delivered on 20 Jan 2021. To my shock, the car registration disk showed the car was already registered in December 2020! After I complained to them, I got no response... only silence.
