Terrible service

I bought my Renault Triber in March 2020 and I started experiencing a skweeky sound when I reverse, I took it in for service on 15 Sep 2020 and addressed the issue and I was told that's the characteristics of the Triber. Fine I let it go. Now beginning of January I experienced my car does not want to start, I called and took in the car for them to check which I was told that the battery is faulty on the 5th January they said they have replaced the battery and made me sign for the invoice, a day later I experienced the same problem car does not want to start so we opened the bonnet and discovered that the battery was not even replaced but they just put oil on the terminals. We went back on the again and they saw and adviced they will order the battery for me till today I'm still stuck with a car that is giving me problems. If I don't call them they don't even bother to call me and update me. I'm really disappointed
