Renault discriminates against small businesses

We are being refused a service for our company car. We are a legal partnership and are not required to belong to the CIPC . The Essential service certificates plus the certificate from the Legal Practice Council must suffice according to Regulation 16(2)(b) and 28(4) – Permit to perform an essential or permitted service. Is Renault not assisting with the restarting of the economy by discriminating against small businesses. Are they turning away all small businesses?
