Poor service

Took my car in for repairs at Renault Woodmead on the 22nd of May 2021 and I was told that it will take a maximum of 3 weeks for the car to be repaired, it is now 6weeks. I have been sending emails but they do not get back to me,when I call them they tell me they will get back to me. I am frustrated and inconvenienced. Very disappointed with the manner how they treat their clients, it’s now 6weeks and I still haven’t heard anything from them.
