Disgusting service - tossed between departments for a quote

Disgusting service, (time of call 13:38 and 13:45) It's been 2 days trying to get a quote for a Cleo card Key, and I've been tossed between the parts and service department. The guy in parts I spoke to is very rude, everything they try asking him for a quote he keeps saying he gave me a quote. He read out the amount to me and I asked to send it via email but he said I need to speak to the service for the labour. On the other hand service department said they need to give order no for them to give labour parts. Yesterday I called they said they would call me back and send the quote, I gave them all the details they needed but 24 hours later still nothing (I called around 12pm yesterday).
