Unacceptable Levels of Communication from Kia/Renault Wonderwaters, Pretoria

There needs to be more specific information shared with clients over telephonic correspondence or a basic briefing about how far the drop-off radius is within. This morning on my way to drop my vehicle off I asked Kia/Renault Wonderwaters reception over the telephone if I can be dropped off and I was told that I don't need to worry, I can be dropped off. I was not asked where I work so that they could make judgment on whether I could or could not be dropped off at my work place. I cancelled all arrangements with backup transport and even left my bicycle at work after being told I would be dropped off. Me and a lady with a baby less than a year old, from Pretoria East were told that we can be dropped off in the CBD to take taxis to the East of Pretoria. This lack of communication is totally unacceptable and should have been specifically communicated prior to the booking, because there is no point in bringing one's vehicle to this side if there is no proper briefing.
