Horrible service!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! The sales person Vusi who helped us to buy a brand new car was totally useless!! Not only did he not do the road worth test before we fetched the car he also didn’t give us ANY customer service. He also never called me during the proses, I had to call him everyday to get feedback! Noe that we went to put sound in our car he also didn’t write our radio pin in the book and he doesn’t even try to help us, so now we can’t use pur radio until he decides to help us. He also didn’t provide the touch up paint we requested when we bought the car AND when we had to fetch the car he kept on postponing it with more than 3days!! Saying that he wants the car to be perfect but WE had to go and do the road worth test!! What exactly did he do then!

The lack of service is astonishing!!
