Renault Wonderboom ruined my Christmas

I have been through a terrible ordeal with this company. I am now in arrears due to negligence on their part and my Christmas is ruined. I have been misled and I have all the proof on email correspondence. I've tried to follow protocol for two months now and to no avail. I love my vehicle, but to what cost. I am willing to go public if I do not get any response back.
